Raihan Khan

Education & Experience

Raihan Khan graduated with First Class in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from North South University. Starting with web design in 2015, he has built hands-on experience step by step over more than a decade — software development, systems analysis, system architecture and leading the IT teams of several government projects.

Through his work on national-level government and international digital projects, he has gained practical experience in building and running large-scale systems: designing digital archives and data-preservation systems for historically important records, online classroom and training-management software, strengthening the digital capacity of government monitoring and evaluation systems, and implementing e-Government systems for ministries and European Union-funded initiatives. Turning policy goals into working, reliable technology is the experience that underpins every one of his ventures.

His most relevant experience for Chakri Bangla is in online examination systems. He has built and run participant registration, online pre-test and post-test examinations, automated results and analytical reporting for training portals — the same skills that went into Chakri Bangla's timed, negative-marking interactive model tests. Since 2018 he has also worked on technical specifications, budget analysis and contract management for e-GP tenders; that experience is where e-GP Bangla began.

He keeps his skills current through regular training — advanced training in software architecture, cloud, agile and artificial intelligence, a PMI-authorised PMP exam-prep course, government e-tendering training and ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor certification. He holds an IELTS band 7.

More recently he has been doing independent research on trustworthy, human-centred artificial intelligence (Trustworthy AI) — in particular hallucination measurement in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation and natural language processing for low-resource Bangla.

Entrepreneurial Journey

Alongside his professional work, Raihan Khan has founded four digital ventures. Each shares the same aim — to make a complex subject simple, reliable and freely available to everyone in Bangla.

Vision & the Mission of Chakri Bangla

He believes quality exam preparation should not be limited to those who can afford it. The same approach he developed on government and international projects — making complex processes simple and transparent — shapes every preparation module on Chakri Bangla, so that a student can prepare fully from home without separate books or expensive coaching.

With that aim, Chakri Bangla has grown into one of the largest Bangla platforms for competitive job-exam preparation in Bangladesh: around 800 pages of content for six recruitment exams, detailed solutions to past questions, 72 timed interactive model tests and regularly updated job circulars — all with explanations, examples and solutions.
